All product lengths are approximate. Manual cuts may vary within ±3mm.

For “precise cutting” service, the tolerance is within ±2mm. Offcuts will not be shipped.

Ownership transfers to you only after full payment and successful dispatch.

We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Payments are processed before shipping and may be subject to pre-authorization.

9. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
9.1 Your Cancellation Right
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may cancel your order in writing within 30 days of receiving the goods.
Returns must be made within 30 days of confirmation. Notification by phone is not accepted.

Unsealed or shrink-wrapped items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Custom-cut or installation-damaged items are non-returnable.

We are not responsible for lost returns—claims must be filed with the courier.

Shipping upgrades and additional services are non-refundable.
10. Shipping and Customs
10.1 Orders depend on stock availability.
10.2 Out-of-stock items will be shipped within 28 days.
10.3 We are not liable for delays due to force majeure (weather, strikes, etc.).
10.4 Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
10.5 Please inspect goods before arranging installation.
10.6 If delivering outside the UK, import duties or taxes may apply unless the order is under €150 with VAT included.
10.7 Orders placed before 2 PM (weekdays) will be dispatched the same day. Later orders are processed the next business day.
10.8 Report any delivery issues or damage within 48 hours via email. Retain packaging and provide photos.
10.9 Risk transfers upon delivery to you or your designated safe place. Refused deliveries are at your risk and cost.

11. Warranty and Liability

SIMBA offers a 10-month manufacturer’s warranty.
Report damages or defects within 48 hours of receipt.
If repair is not possible, a replacement will be provided free of charge.
