• Why are your Magnetic Seals only 4-5mm when others offer 4-6mm?

  Precision engineering. Many "universal" 4-6mm seals fit 4mm glass poorly, leading to rattling and water bypass. Our 4-5mm magnetic seals are tailored for a high-tension grip on those specific thicknesses. For a true 6mm or 8mm glass door, we recommend moving up to our 6-8mm magnetic series to ensure the U-channel sits flush without stressing the PVC

• Do you stock 90-degree or 45-degree magnetic seals?

  Yes. We carry both 90-degree magnetic shower door seals (ideal for square or rectangular corner enclosures) and 180-degree / 45-degree profiles (typically used for quadrant doors or large walk-in pivots). Choosing the correct angle is vital to ensure the magnets meet flush and create a watertight snap-lock.

• Are magnetic shower door seals universal for all UK brands?

  Largely, yes—provided you match the glass thickness and the installation gap. Most UK enclosures use a 22mm standard gap. Pro Tip: For a sliding door seal, ensure your gap is slightly less than the seal's gap.

• Why are my new magnets pushing the doors apart instead of attracting?

  This is due to magnetic polarity. Magnets only attract if the North and South poles are correctly aligned. This is why we exclusively sell our magnetic shower door seals in pairs. Replacing only one side with a different brand often results in "repulsion." Our pairs are pre-aligned to guarantee a perfect "snap-shut" every time.
