Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from SIMBA. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you can return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery. Please review the details below before starting a return.

 

1. Returns & Exchanges

1.1 Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
  • The item has not been cut, altered, or installed
  • All accessories or promotional gifts are returned
  • Your request is made within 30 days of receiving your order

⚠️ Clearance or discounted items are not eligible for return unless defective.

 Please do not return any items without first contacting us — returns sent to the wrong address cannot be accepted or refunded.

Once approved:

  1. Write your order number and reason for return on the delivery note (or a separate sheet).
  2. Repackage the item in original condition with all accessories, manuals, and packaging.
  3. Use a tracked service — we cannot refund lost or untracked returns.

Returned items must be in brand-new condition. Items returned used, cut, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund.

 

1.3 Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shower seals are long and fragile, so postage can be expensive.
To help you choose the right item, we strongly recommend ordering a sample first if you're unsure.

Shipping cost deductions from refunds:

A 50% handling fee will be deducted from the refund for returned items.  
This helps us cover shipping and processing costs, even if your original order included free or discounted delivery.

 

 

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, don’t worry — we’ll make it right.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

We’ll offer you either:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A full refund, including shipping

 

 

3. Order Cancellation

Before Shipping:

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you may cancel it within 24 hours by emailing us. Depending on the order status, a service fee may apply.

 

Not Eligible for Cancellation or Return:

  • Custom-cut or pre-trimmed seal strips
  • Orders that have already shipped (but you can still return them under the standard return policy)

 

 

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.

Your refund will include the full product price, minus original shipping costs as outlined above.
We do not deduct VAT from your refund.

 

 

5. Free Reshipment Policy

We’ll reship your order free of charge if:

  • You received the wrong item (wrong size, model, or part)
  • Your order arrived damaged or defective

Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

 

 

6. Warranty Policy

We offer a 10-month warranty on all SIMBA shower door seal strips.

Covered:

  • Cracks, splits, or damage under normal use
  • Premature failure of the magnetic or sealing function

Not Covered:

  • Natural yellowing or discoloration
  • Limescale, stains, or marks
  • Misuse, improper installation, or modification
