This seal is suitable if:
- Your shower or bath screen glass is 8mm, 9mm or 10mm thick.
- You need a bottom seal for a curved shower door, P-shape bath screen or curved bath screen.
- Your bottom gap is approximately 20mm to 23mm.
- Your required length is 950mm or less.
Choose another seal if:
- Your glass is thinner than 8mm.
- Your bottom gap is outside 20mm to 23mm.
- You need a straight screen seal, side seal, vertical seal, magnetic seal, guide rail seal or track seal.
- Your screen has a metal frame, thick edge trim or a different seal profile.
Product Description & Suitable Applications
The V810S23CU is a push-fit bottom curved shower screen seal for selected curved shower doors, P-shape bath screens and curved bath screens with 8mm, 9mm or 10mm glass.
It is designed for measured bottom gaps of approximately 20mm to 23mm. The rigid clear PVC channel grips thicker glass, while the 23mm soft flexible fin helps guide water back towards the shower tray, bath rim or threshold.
Supplied as a single 950mm strip and easy to trim to size.
Notes
- Made from rigid clear PVC with a soft flexible fin.
- The soft fin should move freely and should not drag heavily.
- For better bottom water control, use with a compatible shower threshold strip.
- A longer fin is not always better; choose by the measured bottom gap.
- If the fin is too long, it may drag, bend or affect smooth door movement.
Installation Notes
- Remove the old bottom seal.
- Clean and dry the bottom edge of the glass.
- Start fitting from the inside of the screen.
- Push the PVC channel firmly onto the glass.
- Trim to length if required.
- Check that the soft fin moves freely and does not drag heavily on the bath rim, tray or threshold.

Yes. The V810S23CU is suitable for selected curved bath screens, P-shape bath screens and curved shower doors with 8–10mm glass.
2. What glass thickness does this seal fit?
This seal is designed for 8–10mm glass. For 4–6mm glass, choose from the thinner glass range.
3. What bottom gap is the 23mm fin suitable for?
The 23mm soft fin is suitable for bottom gaps of approximately 20–23mm. It is the longest fin option in the 8–10mm glass range.
4. Is the 23mm fin better than the 20mm fin?
Only if your bottom gap needs the extra reach. If your gap is close to 20mm, the 20mm fin may sit more smoothly. A fin that is too long may drag or bend during use.
5. Will this help reduce water leaking from the bottom edge?
It can help reduce water escaping from the bottom edge when correctly fitted. For better water control, especially near the hinge side or bath edge, use it with a compatible shower threshold strip.
