Their WhatsApp customer service was incredibly helpful and responsive. I have a very old shower door, and most standard seals don’t fit it. the seal had to go into the door-frame groove instead. I’m not very handy, but the team were wonderfully patient on WhatsApp. We exchanged lots of photos to make sure we have the right seal, which turned out to be a special type that needed to be ordered and dispatched from China.
