This seal is suitable if:
- Both glass panels are fixed and do not need to open, fold or rotate.
- The two panels meet at approximately 90°.
- The way your glass panels meet matches the arrangement shown in the product images.
- Both glass panels are 4mm, 5mm or 6mm thick.
- A small space remains between the two glass edges rather than the glass edges meeting directly.
- You need up to 2000mm of seal.
Choose another seal if:
- One of the panels is an opening or hinged shower door.
- Your glass is thicker than 6mm.
- The two panels meet in a different corner arrangement.
- You need a magnetic closing seal.
- Your existing profile does not resemble the cross-section shown in the dimension image.
Product Details
CO456 is a clear PVC corner seal designed to connect two fixed 4–6mm shower glass panels at approximately 90°.
The most important fitting check is not simply the angle. Compare the way your two glass panels meet with the product images before ordering. CO456 is intended for the arrangement shown, where the two fixed glass edges are positioned close together but do not need to make direct contact with each other.
Each side of the profile pushes onto one glass edge, creating a neat connection between the two fixed panels while covering the open corner between them.
Because corner profiles can look similar even when the internal channels and glass positions are different, check both the glass thickness and the glass meeting arrangement rather than choosing by “90°” alone.
The seal is supplied in a 2000mm length and can be trimmed easily to suit the height of your shower screen or enclosure.
