This seal is suitable if:
- Your shower glass is 4mm, 5mm or 6mm thick.
- You need an F-shaped seal along the side edge of a shower door or glass panel.
- The gap between the adjoining glass panels is around 15–20mm.
- You need a 12mm flexible fin to create a practical overlap between the panels.
- Your required finished length is 2000mm or less.
Choose another seal if:
- Your glass thickness is outside 4–6mm.
- Your glass gap is clearly outside the recommended 15–20mm range.
- You need a much wider overlap profile.
- You need a bottom, magnetic or framed-track seal.
Product Details
F456S12 is a clear F-shaped side seal for 4–6mm shower glass, intended for adjoining glass panels with a moderate gap between them.
The 12mm flexible fin projects from the clip-on channel to help bridge gaps of around 15–20mm, making it suitable for shower doors where a neat side overlap is needed without using an extra-wide blade.
The fixed-width fin keeps fitting straightforward: check the glass thickness and panel gap, push the channel onto the straight glass edge, then trim the 2000mm strip to the required height.
No adhesive is required for compatible glass.
