Product Description and Installation

H456S2025 is the largest H-shape shower door seal in this 4–6mm glass range. It is designed for frameless glass shower doors where the gap between two glass panels is wider than usual and requires maximum fin coverage.

The 25mm soft PVC fin provides extended reach for glass-to-glass gaps of approximately 3–23mm. This makes H456S2025 a suitable choice when smaller fin sizes do not cover the opening effectively, especially on shower doors with larger side clearances or uneven panel alignment.

The clear rigid PVC channel fits directly onto the exposed glass edge using a simple push-fit method. No adhesive, screws or special tools are required. The seal can be installed on either the fixed glass panel or the moving door panel, depending on which side gives better contact with the gap.

To install, remove the old seal, clean and dry the glass edge, then cut the 2000mm strip to the required length. Push the rigid channel evenly onto the glass from one end, making sure the soft fin points towards the gap that needs sealing. After fitting, open and close the shower door to check that the seal sits correctly and does not restrict movement.

This model is best suited for replacing worn, yellowed, hardened or cracked seals where a long fin is needed to reduce water escape between two glass panels. It is not intended for sliding, folding, framed or curved shower doors.
