Is This the Right Seal?
The H810S20 is made for 8–10mm frameless shower glass where the side gap is too open for a short fin.
Use this seal if:
- Your glass is 8mm, 9mm or 10mm thick
- The side gap between the door and fixed glass panel is around 3–18mm
- Your shower door is hinged or pivot-style
- The seal will fit onto a straight, exposed glass edge
- You need a vertical side seal, not a bottom seal
- A shorter fin would not sit close enough to the opposite panel
- The length you need is 2000mm or less
Before ordering, close the shower door and measure the side gap where water is getting through. This 20mm fin is best used where the gap needs more contact, but the door still has enough room to open and close freely.
This is not the right seal if:
- Your glass is thinner than 8mm or thicker than 10mm
- The gap is below 3mm or above 18mm
- Your shower door is sliding, bi-fold, framed
- You are replacing a bottom door seal
- The gap is between glass and wall, glass and tray, or inside a shower track
- A metal frame, trim or rail covers the glass edge
- You need a magnetic seal, drip seal, threshold seal or sliding door seal
If the side gap is only small, a shorter fin vertical shower seal strip may sit more neatly on the glass.
Product Overview
The H810S20 is a clear push-fit side seal for 8–10mm frameless shower glass. It is used where a thicker glass door leaves a more open side gap against the fixed panel.
The 20mm soft fin gives extra contact across the opening, helping to reduce spray escaping from the side of the shower door. It is best used where a short fin would not sit close enough to the opposite panel.
The clear PVC channel pushes onto the bare glass edge without adhesive, screws or silicone.
After fitting, open and close the shower door slowly. Check that the fin does not catch, fold back, or stop the door from closing freely.
This seal is intended for straight frameless hinged or pivot shower doors. It is not suitable for sliding doors, framed enclosures, folding doors or curved glass.

What type of shower gap is H810S20 made for?
H810S20 is for a side gap between an 8–10mm frameless shower door and a fixed glass panel. It suits gaps that are more open than a close-fitting glass-to-glass join, but still within the approximate 3–18mm range.
Can I use H810S20 on 6mm glass?
No. H810S20 is made for 8–10mm glass. The channel is too wide for 4–6mm glass and may not grip the glass edge securely.
Does a 20mm fin always give a better seal?
No. A 20mm fin is only useful when the side gap needs the extra reach. If the gap is small, a shorter fin can look tidier and may move more cleanly when the door opens and closes.
Can this seal be used on a sliding shower door?
No. H810S20 is for straight, exposed frameless glass edges on hinged or pivot shower doors. It is not made for sliding door overlaps, framed doors, folding doors or curved glass.
