This seal is suitable if:
- Your glass is 8mm, 9mm or 10mm thick.
- You need to replace a 180° magnetic shower door seal.
- The gap between the two glass doors when closed is approximately 5–6mm.
- You need a pair of magnetic seals, with no left or right installation requirement.
- You need a 2000mm seal that can be trimmed to size.
Please choose a different seal if:
- Your glass is not 8mm, 9mm or 10mm thick.
- Your door gap is significantly larger or smaller than 5–6mm.
- Your shower enclosure has curved glass doors or sliding shower doors.
- You need a bottom seal, side seal, or any non-magnetic shower seal.

Suitable Use + Installation
The ME810180 magnetic shower door seal is designed for 8mm, 9mm and 10mm glass and is fitted vertically where two straight glass doors close together at 180°. Sold as a pair, the two magnetic strips meet when the doors are closed, helping the doors stay closed while reducing water escaping through the gap.
Made from clear PVC with a white-edged magnetic strip, this seal has no fixed left or right fitting direction, so either piece can be used on either side. It is a suitable replacement for old magnetic seals that have become worn, stiff or weaker over time.
This seal is suitable for straight glass-to-glass closing edges on many frameless and semi-frameless shower enclosures, including 180° hinged shower doors and double-door shower enclosures, as long as the glass thickness and door gap match the specifications. It is not suitable for curved shower doors or sliding shower doors, as these require different seal profiles.
To install, clean and dry the glass edge, then push the seal onto the glass from top to bottom. Each seal is 2000mm long and can be trimmed to the required length before fitting.
