This magnetic seal is suitable if:
- Your glass is 8mm, 9mm or 10mm thick.
- The two glass edges meet at approximately 90° when the door is closed.
- Your glass arrangement matches the right-angle meeting position shown in the product image.
- Both glass edges are straight and exposed.
- You need a matching pair of magnetic seals up to 2000mm long.
Choose another magnetic seal if:
- Your two glass panels meet edge-to-edge in a straight line.
- Your 90° glass arrangement faces in a different direction from the layout shown.
- Your glass is thinner than 8mm or thicker than 10mm.
- A metal frame prevents the profiles from fitting directly onto the glass.
- You need a 180° or different-angle magnetic closing seal.
Check the Glass Meeting Position Before Ordering
MI810 is a 90° magnetic shower door seal pair for 8–10mm glass.
The important point with this profile is not only the 90° angle. It is how the two glass edges meet when the door closes.
With MI810, the two pieces of glass meet in a perpendicular right-angle arrangement, matching the position shown in the product diagram. Each magnetic profile pushes onto one glass edge, allowing the two magnetic sections to meet at the corner when the door closes.
Because different 90° shower doors can bring the glass together in different directions, compare your door with the product image before ordering rather than choosing by angle alone.
Each magnetic strip is supplied in a 2000mm length and can be trimmed to suit the door.
