This seal is suitable if:
- Your shower glass is 4mm, 5mm or 6mm thick.
- You need a bottom seal for a straight frameless shower door or screen.
- Your bottom gap is very small, around 0–2mm.
- You need a strip up to 950mm long.
- The rigid side fin can face inside the shower area.
Choose another seal if:
- Your glass is 8mm or 10mm thick.
- Your bottom gap is larger than approximately 2mm.
- Your glass bottom edge is curved.
- Your shower door has a metal frame or thick edge trim.
- You need a magnetic, vertical, guide rail or track seal.
Suitable Applications
S456DTL is a slim shower door bottom seal for 4–6mm frameless glass, designed specifically for doors where the glass sits very close to the shower tray.
It is best suited to bottom gaps of approximately 0–2mm. The rigid side fin should face inside the shower, helping direct water back towards the wet area.
Supplied as one 950mm clear strip, it can be cut shorter to fit your door.
