Note: The slot may look slightly smaller in the drawing, but this helps the seal grip the glass securely once fitted. Please use the glass thickness listed above as your main guide.
This seal is suitable if:
- Your glass is 8mm, 9mm or 10mm thick.
- You need a bottom seal for a sliding door, hinged door or shower screen.
- Your bottom gap is around 12mm.
- Your door bottom is straight, or the gap may be slightly uneven.
- You need a strip up to 1000mm long.
Choose another seal if:
- Your shower door has a metal frame or thick edge trim.
- Your door bottom is curved.
- Your glass is thinner than 8mm.
- Your gap is very small or much larger than 12mm.
- You need a magnetic seal, vertical side seal, guide rail seal or track seal.
- You need a strip longer than 1000mm.

Suitable Applications
SL810DTL-N is a clear clip-on bottom seal for 8mm, 9mm and 10mm frameless shower glass. It is designed for shower doors and screens with a bottom gap of around 12mm.
The top section uses a rigid U-shaped channel to grip the glass. The wider angled deflector helps guide water back into the shower area. Its upper section has enough support to hold its shape, while the lower PVC edge remains flexible enough to move smoothly as the door opens and closes.
This makes SL810DTL-N a practical option for sliding shower doors, hinged shower doors and straight shower screens, especially where the bottom gap is not perfectly even but still sits close to the 12mm range.
The seal is supplied as one 1000mm clear strip and can be trimmed shorter if required. It is not suitable for framed doors, curved door bottoms, very small bottom gaps, much larger gaps, magnetic seals, guide rails or track seals.
