This seal is suitable if:
- Your shower glass is straight and 4–6mm thick.
- There is a large gap beneath the glass that shorter fins cannot reach.
- You need an extended flexible fin to reach towards the tray or threshold.
- The bottom edge of the glass is exposed, with no metal rail blocking the seal.
- Your required finished length is 950mm or less.
Choose another seal if:
- Your glass is curved.
- Your bottom gap is small or medium and does not require a 36mm fin.
- The long fin would catch or drag heavily on a raised tray or threshold.
- Your glass thickness is outside 4–6mm.
- Your door uses a framed bottom channel rather than an exposed glass edge.
Product Details
Choose V456S35 when you have 4–6mm straight shower glass with an unusually large bottom gap that a standard short-fin seal cannot cover.
The approximately 36mm flexible fin provides extra reach towards the shower tray or threshold to help reduce water escaping underneath the glass.
Because this is a long-fin profile, measure the tightest clearance along the full door opening path before ordering. The fin should reach the tray without folding excessively or preventing the door from moving freely.
The seal is supplied in a 950mm length and can be trimmed to fit.
