This seal is suitable if:
- Your framed shower door has a compatible T-slot retaining track.
- The track can accept the 7mm T-profile.
- Your sealing gap is approximately 7–12mm.
- You need a 15mm flexible fin to bridge the gap without using a rigid seal.
- Your required finished length is 1000mm or less.
Choose another seal if:
- Your channel is too narrow for a 7mm T-profile.
- Your door has no retaining slot for the seal.
- Your gap is well outside the recommended 7–12mm range.
- Hinges, rollers or other fittings interfere with the flexible fin.
- You need a clip-on seal for exposed frameless glass.
Suitable Applications & Installation Notes
VE03 is a T-slot replacement seal for framed shower doors and screens, using a wider 7mm fixing profile than the smaller VE-series options.
The 15mm flexible fin extends from the track to help close gaps of around 7–12mm, making it suitable where the frame provides enough channel width but still needs a soft sealing edge.
The 7–12mm range is recommended rather than absolute. The fin should make useful contact without being excessively folded or creating unnecessary resistance when the door moves.
Before ordering, check the actual channel opening and internal track space, not just the appearance of the old seal. A similar-looking profile may still be unsuitable if the T-slot width is different.
Supplied in a 1000mm length and can be trimmed before fitting.
