This pack contains two different channel sizes, not two identical profiles. Please check which size is required before fitting.

Suitable Applications

The UH410 is a clear push-fit bottom seal designed to cover and protect exposed shower glass edges.

Unlike a conventional shower seal, it does not have a flexible fin, magnetic section or water-deflecting blade. Its purpose is to sit around the bare glass edge, providing a smoother finished surface and helping to reduce direct contact with the glass during everyday use.

The pack contains two separate profiles:

  • one for 4mm, 5mm and 6mm glass
  • one for 8mm, 9mm and 10mm glass

This makes the set useful when the exact glass thickness is uncertain, when different panels are being checked, or when a spare size may be useful for another glass edge. The two profiles are not intended to be fitted together.

Each strip is 950mm long and can be cut shorter to suit the required section. The clear PVC keeps the trim visually discreet once fitted.

UH410 is most suitable for straight, exposed edges on shower screens, fixed glass panels and other bathroom glass where edge protection is required. It should not be used where a watertight seal is needed.

Important: This Is Not a Water Seal

UH410 is intended for glass edge protection only.

It will not seal a bottom gap, stop water passing between two panels or replace a shower door sealing fin. The profile should be chosen when the exposed edge itself needs covering, rather than when water leakage needs to be controlled.
