Suitable Applications
VI004 is the slim-fitting option in this flexible stepped-seal range.
Its narrow approximately 3mm upper section is intended for small aluminium channels where a broader fixing head would be difficult to insert. The compact blade suits smaller or moderate sealing gaps without adding unnecessary material around the moving edge of the door.
The stepped base gives the channel more than one possible retaining point. It may therefore suit some older framed doors even when the original profile is no longer available.
Measure the track rather than relying only on a worn or distorted old seal. The profile should enter without force and remain held when gently pulled.
Supplied in a flexible 2000mm length, it can be cut to suit the door height.
