This seal is suitable if:

  • Your glass is 10mm thick.
  • You need a vertical side seal, not a bottom shower door seal.
  • Your glass panels meet at a 135° angle, or you need to seal between glass and a wall/frame.
  • Your glass-to-glass closing gap is between 3mm and 13mm.
  • Your glass-to-wall or glass-to-frame side gap is no more than 12mm.
  • You need a 2000mm seal that can be cut to size.

Tip: for glass-to-glass use, measure the gap between the two glass edges when the door is closed.

Please choose a different seal if:

  • Your glass is not 10mm thick.
  • Your gap is outside the stated range.
  • You need a bottom seal, drip seal, deflector seal, track seal, or magnetic closing seal.
  • Your shower door has a thick metal trim or framed edge that prevents the seal from pushing directly onto the glass.

Suitable Use + Installation

The 135A10S20 Y-shaped shower door seal is designed for 10mm glass and is fitted vertically onto the side edge of a shower door or shower screen.

It can be used between two glass panels meeting at a 135° angle, helping to seal a 3–13mm closing gap and reduce water escaping from the side. It can also be used where glass meets a wall or frame, with the 15mm flexible fin helping to cover side gaps up to 12mm and provide cushioning against contact.

This seal is suitable for many frameless or semi-frameless shower enclosures, including corner enclosures, diamond-shaped shower enclosures, hinged shower doors, fixed panels, and side edges where the glass thickness and gap size match the specifications.

To fit, clean and dry the glass edge, then push the seal onto the glass from top to bottom. The 2000mm length can be trimmed to suit your shower screen.

Need the version for 6mm, 7mm or 8mm glass?
Choose 135A68S20. It has the same design, 15mm fin, gap sealing range, clear PVC material, and 2000mm length. The only difference is that it is made for 6mm, 7mm or 8mm glass.
