2. What glass thickness does it fit?
It fits 6mm, 7mm and 8mm glass. Measure the glass itself, not the old magnetic seal or trim.
3. What gap is required?
A 19mm or larger gap is required between the two glass closing edges.
4. Will this seal stop leaks?
It can help reduce water escaping from the side closing gap. Leaks from the bottom, guide rail or wall edge may need a different seal.
5. Is this seal universal?
No. It must match the glass thickness, gap, closing angle and profile shape.
Suitable Applications & Installation
M68C2M is designed for replacing side magnetic seals on compatible 135° curved sliding shower doors, including selected diamond, pentangle or neo-angle enclosures.
Use it to replace old, yellowed, cracked or weak magnetic strips and restore the side magnetic closure.
Before fitting, check that the two new magnetic strips attract each other. Remove the old seal, clean and dry the glass edge, then push the new seal on from the bottom upwards. Trim to height if needed.
