This seal is suitable if:
- Your shower glass is 10mm thick.
- The gap between the two glass panels is approximately 10mm to 40mm.
- You need to seal a wider gap on a frameless shower enclosure or heavier glass shower screen.
- The seal will be fitted between two glass edges, with one U-channel gripping each side.
- You are sealing a folding door centre section, angled glass joint, corner gap or similar glass-to-glass gap.
- The glass panels may fold, turn or move within the shower system, but this sealed gap is not the doorway edge that needs to pull apart for access.
- You want a seal with a firmer hold on thicker glass and flexible fins to improve water resistance.
- Your required length is 2000mm or less.
Choose another seal if:
- Your glass is 6mm or 8mm thick.
- The two glass panels need to separate from this exact gap when entering or leaving the shower.
- You are sealing the main opening edge where the door needs to pull open.
- Your gap is below 10mm or above 40mm.
- You need a magnetic closing seal, bottom sweep seal, drip seal, rail seal or guide seal.
- Your glass has a metal frame, bulky trim or edge profile that prevents the U-channel from pushing directly onto the glass.

Suitable Applications
The D010 shower door seal is made for 10mm frameless glass and is suitable for sealing wider 10mm to 40mm glass-to-glass gaps.
It is a good choice for heavier glass shower screens, folding shower door centre sections, corner glass joints and angled panel gaps where water may escape through a larger opening.
The seal uses two rigid U-shaped channels to hold onto both glass edges. Between them, soft flexible fins compress into the gap to help block water and improve the seal between the panels.
This product may be used on shower door systems where panels fold, rotate or move, provided the sealed gap itself does not need to split apart as the main entry opening.
It is not intended for the active doorway edge, magnetic closing edge, bottom of the door, drip edge, guide rail or shower track.
