This seal is suitable if:
- Your shower glass is 8mm thick and the gap is 7mm or smaller.
- You need a soft side seal for a narrow gap where the shower door closes against glass, a wall or a frame.
- You want to help reduce light rattling, direct contact and water leaking through small side gaps.
- You are fitting it to a vertical shower door edge, sliding door side panel or fixed glass screen.
- Your required length is 2000mm or less and can be trimmed to size.
Choose another seal if:
- Your glass is not 8mm thick.
- Your gap is larger than 7mm.
- You need a magnetic closing seal or a dedicated bottom drip seal / water deflector.
- Your shower door has a thick frame or trim that prevents the seal from pushing onto the glass edge.

Suitable Applications & Installation Tips
The D08S7 clear shower door bubble seal is made for 8mm shower glass with gaps up to 7mm. The 8mm soft bubble is designed to compress, helping it close small side gaps without creating a bulky edge.
It is ideal for vertical side edges on shower doors, sliding shower doors and fixed glass panels. Use it where glass closes against another glass panel, a wall or a shower frame.
The soft bubble helps cushion light contact, reduce rattling and limit water leaking through small vertical gaps, while still allowing the door to open and close smoothly in most installations.
This seal can also help with slightly uneven vertical gaps, as long as the gap is still 7mm or smaller.
This product is mainly for vertical side edges. It may be used at the bottom only where soft cushioning is needed, but it is not recommended as the main bottom seal for stopping water. For bottom sealing, choose a dedicated bottom shower door seal or drip seal.
Fitting Tips
- Start at the bottom of the glass.
- Hook one corner of the seal onto the glass edge.
- Push the seal on gradually along the glass.
- Do not start from the middle of the panel, as this can make fitting difficult.
