This seal is suitable if:
- Your shower glass is 10mm thick and the side gap is 7mm or smaller.
- You need a clear side bubble seal for a vertical gap where glass closes against glass, a wall or a shower frame.
- You want to replace an old side seal and help reduce light rattling, direct contact or water leaking through small gaps.
- Your required length is 2000mm or less and can be trimmed to size.
Choose another seal if:
- Your glass is not 10mm thick.
- Your gap is larger than 7mm.
- You need a bottom water deflector, drip seal, sweep seal or magnetic closing seal.
- Your shower door has a thick frame, trim or profile that prevents the seal from pushing onto the glass edge.

Suitable Applications & Installation Tips
The D10S7 is a clear PVC bubble seal designed for 10mm shower glass, with a soft 8mm compressible bubble that helps seal gaps of up to approximately 7mm.
Unlike rigid fins, the rounded bubble compresses as the door closes. This allows the seal to adapt to small variations along the edge while providing gentle cushioning between the glass and the closing surface.
The seal can be fitted vertically or horizontally. It is commonly used on the side of shower doors where the glass meets another glass panel, a wall or a shower frame, helping to reduce light impact, rattling and water passing through the gap.
It can also be used along the bottom edge of the glass where a soft compressible seal is preferred. Because the bubble compresses rather than acting as a rigid deflector, it is suitable for installations where a conventional bottom fin is not required.
The profile is available in 950mm and 2000mm lengths. Both versions can be trimmed to suit the required glass height or width before installation.
The old seal does not need to match every external measurement. If the glass thickness, bubble position and maximum working gap are suitable, this profile may still provide an effective replacement.
