This seal is suitable if:
- You have a framed folding shower door.
- The seal is required at the vertical centre joint between two moving door panels.
- The distance between the marked measuring points is approximately 14.5mm.
- The channel width on each side is approximately 8.5mm.
- The opening of each frame slot is slightly wider than approximately 3.5mm.
- You need a vertical strip up to 2000mm long.
Choose another seal if:
- Your shower door is frameless.
- You need a bottom seal or another horizontal seal.
- You need a magnetic closing seal.
- Your old profile does not fit into two vertical frame channels.
- The three key measurements differ noticeably from your existing seal.

Suitable Applications
The DOU03 is a framed folding shower seal. It fits between two framed door panels and moves with the joint as the door opens and folds through approximately 0°–180°.
Two rigid PVC channels slide into the existing grooves in the door frames. The flexible centre section connects the two sides and allows the panels to move together without the seal needing to separate.
What makes the DOU03 different is its extended rigid water-deflector wing. This wing provides a firm surface that helps guide water back towards the shower area before it reaches the frame channels. By reducing the amount of water entering the track, it can help limit water collecting inside the framed joint and escaping from the surrounding area.
The extended wing is used for water control and does not determine whether the seal will fit. As long as your framed door matches the three key fitting measurements, the DOU03 may still be suitable even when your original seal does not have the same extended wing.
Before ordering, compare:
- approx. 14.5mm between the marked points
- approx. 8.5mm across each side channel
- a frame slot opening slightly wider than approx. 3.5mm
The DOU03 is supplied in a 2000mm length and can be cut shorter to match the height of the door.
It must be installed vertically at the centre joint of a framed folding shower door. It is not suitable for frameless glass, shower door bottoms, horizontal use or magnetic closing edges.
