Suitable Applications

The RY0307 is designed for two fixed glass panels that meet at approximately 90°, making it ideal for corner shower screens and other fixed glass installations. It should not be used where the joint needs to open or move during normal use.

Unlike many profiles, this shower corner screen seal is made entirely from rigid clear PVC. Both sides grip the glass securely, while the curved centre section keeps the two panels connected at the corner. Because there are no flexible fins, the profile keeps a neat, consistent shape once installed.

The U-shaped channels are designed to suit 6mm, 7mm and 8mm glass. The opening of each channel is approximately 6mm, with an internal depth of approximately 8mm, allowing the profile to grip the glass firmly without adhesive.

Installation is simple. Press the profile onto both glass edges until it is fully seated. In most installations no silicone is required.

This profile is supplied as a 2000mm length and can be trimmed to suit your glass height.
