This seal is suitable if:
- Your framed shower door uses an existing retaining channel or T-slot.
- The internal track has enough space to accept an approximately 8mm retaining base.
- You need a flexible seal along the vertical edge of the door.
- Your bottom track uses the same type of insert profile.
- You need a slightly taller profile than smaller seals in the same range.
- You need up to 2000mm of seal.
Choose another seal if:
- Your old seal clips directly onto exposed glass.
- The track is too narrow for the approximately 8mm retaining base.
- You need a magnetic closing seal.
- You need a much smaller profile.
- Your installation does not use a retaining groove or track.
Flexible Track Seal for Framed Shower Doors
RY7746 is a clear PVC seal for framed shower doors.
Its approximately 8mm retaining base slides into a compatible channel, while the 11mm overall profile height provides a little more sealing reach than smaller profiles in the same family.
It is mainly suited to vertical framed-door channels, although some shower doors may use the same type of profile along the bottom.
The flexible sealing section can be trimmed slightly if required, and the strip can be cut down to the finished length before fitting.
