  • The channel accepts a 4mm round bead.
  • Your bottom gap is approximately 15–23mm.
  • You need a flexible replacement bottom seal.
  • Your required length is 950mm or less, or 2000mm or less.

Choose another seal if:

  • Your door uses a T-slot bottom seal.
  • The bottom track does not accept a round bead.
  • Your gap is much smaller than 15mm or larger than 23mm.

Suitable Applications & Installation Notes

VF002 is a soft PVC bottom seal designed for shower doors that use a round bead fixing rather than a T-slot or glass clip.

The profile fits into a compatible bottom channel using its 4mm solid round bead, making it suitable for many framed shower doors, folding doors and other enclosures with this style of retaining track.

The long flexible blade measures approximately 25mm, helping seal bottom gaps of around 15–23mm. As the door closes, the soft PVC flexes against the shower tray or threshold to help reduce water escaping beneath the door while allowing the door to move freely.

Available in 950mm and 2000mm lengths, the seal can be trimmed with a sharp knife or scissors before installation.

Your original seal does not need to match every external dimension. If the 4mm round bead, bottom channel and working gap are compatible, this profile can often be used as an effective replacement.

This seal is available in 950mm and 2000mm lengths. The 2000mm option is currently available for £18.48, only £3.60 more than the 950mm length at £14.88. For many shower doors, it can be cut into two shorter sections, with one fitted now and the remaining section kept as a spare.
